Custom Made Balloon Valance made in Black Jamestown Toile with Tassel Fringe. Also available in Red and Blue with co-ordinating Tassel Trim.
This valance is fully lined, has a 3 inch rod pocket.
The picture shows the valance on a 2 1/2", 36" wide continental rod with 3" returns. This valance will fit a 24" - 42" wide rod. Would also look great on a round rod with finials. If your rod is wider than the stated measurements you will need to order more than one valance.
Length on this valance is easily adjustable. There are 3 rows of 4 rings, each row has a large clip ring that hold the rings in place, the rings are 6 inches apart vertically. The valance will be delivered to you ready to install with all rings in the clip rings.
Length of balloon valance in picture is 20 inches, if you drop one ring length would be 25", 2 rings 30".
These Balloon Valances are custom made to order, please allow 7 - 10 days for fabrication.
